Scene-builder Nathan Black is all over town making things happen. Sometimes it’s skateboarding related, others its roller derby, and frequently, it’s music. He hosts Beerland’s Rock-and-roll karaoke every monday night, which would be this night.
On wednesday of this week, Mr. Black turns 35. A gathering is taking place at the Rio Rita (starts @ 8:00 PM) for those who want to honor Nathan, which will likely include throngs of people from the skate, music, and derby segments of Austin.
