Just wanted to post this quick blurb to draw attention to two pieces of skateboarding coverage in the local media. San Antonio’s newspaper ran an article today about the new private skatepark (the Tank, but reopened as SA Skatepark). Also featured in the Austin American-Statesman on the front of the Metro section is a photo of Dwight McChester throwing a 360 kickflip. can someone please tell me how to get to the gl in bastrop! i went before, but i totally forgot how to get out there. were heading out in the morning, so can someone help me out? thats a sick pic in the news by the way

A very well guarded one…seeing as how some shmuck built a fire in the shallow end, making the plaster finish flake up.
From the latest reports the GL is in sad shape…When the weather gets better I say we put a day in the books for a clean up.
