Nice concrete ramp, Observation: I know that the area will benefit from it immensely. The area has a public throughfare flowing through it and there will be a mix of yet to be seen people that will patronize this sitting area/congregating spot.

Many anticipated unplanned measures stemming from the anticipated problems via the natural order and the discomforts it invariably produces

Question:Are there plans to expand on the skating structure so that more of the neighborhood patrons will be able to skate in a more natural cadence that prompts less friction?
Are these structures not to be designed according to minimizing the plethora of interuption which essentially counteracts the freedom of skateboarding?

would it be possible to fence off the berms and
not fence the ramp? put up signs "please stay off the dirt" instead of "please stay off the ramp."
